Unstable bClk & CPU Clock - v6.10-3880

Since latest update to v6.10-3880, I am noticing wildly fluctuating and inaccurate clock measurements.
My motherboard is an Asus z97-a fitted with an i7-4790k.

My bClk is typically being reported as varying between 94 & 104 MHz, yesterday I even saw 149 MHz at which point my CPU was clocking over 7 GHz apparently.
I have run simultaneously with other software to check what clock speed is being reported, and only HWINFO is showing the erroneous values.

Thanks for your report.
Can you please attach the HWiNFO Debug File? I need to investigate this issue in more detail.

I really should have read the thread entitled 'Read this before submitting a report', I apologise.
Requested file attached.
Thanks.

Thank you, I found the bug.
As this issue is probably going to affect more users on Windows 7 systems, I will need to release a new fixed version sooner than planned.
