USB stuttering under heavy load

I bought a Z590 motherboard 2 years ago and I always had problems with its USB ports. When copying one USB drive to another USB drive with a speed of 130 MB/s, it would slow down other USB devices, like mice.

This happens only when you copy large files at high speed. So I always thought it must be the motherboard. But today I discovered that it is hwinfo that is causing that. Since I always ran hwinfo at the startup, I never noticed it. Have anyone noticed this and what to do? I can't believe I spent 2 years with this much USB problems!

Tru to disable monitoring of some sensors - for example if you have a SATA drive on USB, then disable monitoring of the respective S.M.A.R.T. sensor.
