Voltage issue causing nvme to be unaccessable

Hello, I've been having some issues occasionally with my nvme drive becoming inaccessible. I've dug around and saw my 3.3v sensor was reading 3.0v and when I reseated the main atx power it went back to about 3.28v. It keeps happening however, along with the other 3.3v sensor above it being completely normal. This isn't a photo of when it happened just an example.

The 3vcc is the one that drops to 3.0 and the avcc above it does not move. It's intermittent so I'm not sure if it's power supply or motherboard. Power supply voltage was 3.3v with a multimeter.

The 3VCC rail should not have an impact on this.
It's really the only thing I can think of currently, I know the nvme drives use 3.3v, and I've seen other people have issues with it when it drops below 3.1v. I guess I'll probably just need to grab a new psu and test it myself unfortunately
