I guess it is a bug, this is a ASUS TUF Z790 PRO brand new.

Fun fact in HWMonitorpro there are like 4 sensors that shows exactly same spike from 0 to insane 120C.

Some sensors for this model weren't properly supported by HWiNFO.

Try the new v7.73-5365 Beta, it should fix this problem.

The "VRM Thermistor" in this beta is not there anymore, but instead I have a new "VRM" sensor and seems to work correctly.

Also when opening I got the notification of ASUS EC embabbed sensors things that I did not got on the others versions.
