Guys ... what it uncore clock ?? Averaga all clock frecuency cpu ??

Uncore is the part of the CPU which doesn't include the cores (IA) or graphics (GT)
So it's the additional logic like cache, ring, System Agent, etc. What exactly belongs into uncore can depend on particular CPU architecture.

The it was not the average of all frecuency ? My processador is i5 4570 , haswell

Uncore runs at a different clock than the cores.
Actual core clocks depends on CPU status (load). You can check your CPU's clock capabilities in the main window or in summary.
