Wrong +12V Voltage Reading

Has been some time that Hwinfo64 and Aida64 doesnt read my +12v Voltage properly. Inside BIOS the value is around +11,92v.

Specs: Rog Strix B450-F Gaming, Latest BIOS 3003
Ryzen 3600 - Latest chipset drivers
PSU Thermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB 650w
