1 CPU, 2 CPU Temps?

I was stress testing with Prime95. My CPU doesn't go over 55 C, which I"m happy with.

However, the second "CPU" temp below the MSI 970 Gaming text gets up to 80C. I have no idea what it is and none of my fans seem able to cool this part down. Any thoughts on what this is?

It's not the Vram on my GPU either. That stays below 60 even under full load.

The 2nd CPU temperature should be sampled near the socket on mainboard, but that should be lower than the internal CPU temperatures.
Perhaps try to verify it with the MSI Core Center, they might be applying some offset to the value.
