2Checkout (Verifone) only problems with the payment process.

I wanted to buy an annual licence via PayPal, after some time I got an email that I should upload a copy of my Utility Bill as well as my identity card.
Since the Bill must not be older than half a year, I already have a problem here, because in my country the invoices are issued retroactively annually.
Other invoices are not accepted, and therefore I cannot buy a licence.

Even though I can understand this Process, I find it cumbersome and if it still prevents the purchase, just nonsense.

Is there no other way to purchase a licence?

I never heard of such a requirement during purchase process. Did PayPal or 2Checkout require the bill?

Edit: Just got an E-Mail while writing this and got the key at the End, but this process at all is kinda annoying and prevents you from buying the licence.
And i have no clue why all this...

It's 2checkout that wants them for verification

There's nothing secret so far:

Maybe your account did some refund requests or there were chargeback claims?

Nope. None of that, but anyway it worked for now, but if that pops up again, I am sorry but won't buy a licence again
