Here are a few selected values I'm not quite sure. Is everything ok?

Bios:
- [email protected] Ghz (100 / 40x)
- CPU voltage set manual to 1.35V
- LLC 2 / 140%

CPUZ:
- 1.395 - 1.417 V (mostly 1.417V)
- 3992.2 Mhz (Core Speed)
- 99.92 Mhz (Bus Speed)

HWInfo:
- CPU Core Voltage (SVI2 TFN) 1.356 - 1.362V
- VCore 1.373V - 1.417V
- Core clock 3998.2 Mhz
- +5V: 4.987V

Win10:
- Ryzen balanced power plan: CPU min 90% max 100%

Task Manager:
- CPU Speed 3.92 Ghz (even at load)

It means monitoring of those values is disabled in HWiNFO. Select them and hit the "Ins" key to enable.
You might also do a "Restore Original Order" to align them properly.

CPU Core Voltage (SVI2 TFN) should be the most reliable Vcore readout among them all. This is read directly from the voltage regulator.
