Acer Helios 300 PCH Temperature Missing

Laptop Model Acer Helios 300PH315-54​

The acer comes with an app called predator sense that shows the PCH temps, but I see that in the HWinfo app this temp is missing



even with the option to force PCH temperature the same happens



Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

That's most likely monitored by some additional sensor located near the PCH which is read using proprietary Acer methods. We have no information how to access this sensor.
