Cant open HWInfo

Hello,

got my new PC yesterday:
[font=Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif]Win 10 x64 - ryzen 3800x - x570 msi gaming edge wifi - 16GB DDR4 (2x8GB) [/font][font=Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif]G.Skill[/font][font=Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif] DDR4 3200MHz RipJaws V - [/font][font=Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif]MSI[/font][font=Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif] RTX 2080Ti gaming x trio[/font]

[font=Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif]I cant open HWInfo64 - tried stable and beta build[/font]
[font=Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif]It always crashes when its "detecting ATA/SCSI drivers"[/font]

Disabling the Drive Scan option in HWiNFO settings should help.
I will also add a workaround for this case in the next HWiNFO build.
