DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f) due to HWInfo?

Randomly throughout the day HWInfo will freeze and I usually can't end the process in task manager. In some cases I can, but It hangs on "Detecting ATA/SCSI Drives..." when attempting to reopen it and then my system bluescreens shortly after with DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f) . This started happening with v7.51-5160. Using WinDbg to analyze the dump points to the Intel Rapid Storage driver, but this wasn't happening in previous versions of HWInfo.

Could this be a HWInfo problem or is it just crashing because I have a PCI problem?

Can you provide the HWiNFO Debug File of the issue?

I didn’t have debug mode enabled when this happened, but it’s enabled now. I'd need to now wait until it happens again, right?

Welp, it hasn't happened again yet...and hopefully it never does. I've been using 5165 since Saturday and nothing yet. Surely it will happen again now that I've stopped worrying about it as much...

:D hopefully it won't. Or it was caused by something else that was updated meanwhile.
