GA-990FXA-UD3 Max VR Temps?

It sits idle at about 70c but ive seen it at 109c while prime95ing.

What is the max safe temp for VR T1 and VR T2 on this board?

GIGABYTE 990FXA-UD3 (IRF IR3564B) the VR t1 and VR t2 get well over 100c under full load.

I cannot find exact data about this particular VR chip, but similar ones can operate up to ~125 C (some others up to 150 C).
I think 109 C is quite high and I'd consider checking the heatsink on the VR part, maybe repaste if needed or an additional fan.
