GPU Fan show 0 RPM or not showing problem

Hi
I meet GPU Fan always show 0 RPM or not showing issue on some Nvidia graphics cards.
This symptom occurs on NV GTX1650S, GT1030 and GT730.
HWinfo Tool:hwi_702.exe
Can you help confirm if this tool could support show GPU Fan speed?

Yes, HWiNFO supports reading GPU fan speed. It's common for many GPUs that the fan is stopped when the temperature is low.

Does this GPU Fan data need graphics card to implement any fan sensor?
I checked the GPU Fan is working but still show 0 RPM in HWinfo tool.
Do you have idea how to fix it?
 
Please attach the HWiNFO Debug File for analysis and make sure it's created while the GPU fan is spinning.
Also what GPU fan speed show other tools like GPU-Z ?
 
Yes, it's by card design. Fan speed is reported by GPU drivers and managed by the GPU.
You didn't attach the Debug File, so I can't see the details, but I don't think there's anything else that can be done here.
 
Confirmed. According to that data the GPU doesn't support fan readout in RPM, only %.
