How to customize labels on OSD?

I hope you're all doing well. I have a question regarding customizing labels on OSD. I've encountered some label display issues while using the Chinese interface, and I'm wondering if there's a way to customize it. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

HWiNFO exposes both ANSI-encoded and UTF-8 strings. The interpretation depends on the consuming application. If it's only using the ANSI strings, then proper setting of "Current language for non-Unicode programs" in Windows "Administrative language settings" might help.
You can also rename any label in HWiNFO.
