hwinfo stuck on examining configuration

I have been using HWiNFO64 for almost a year now and got no problem with it.
I recently bought a new motherboard and a cpu. That's when I got this problem.
When I try to run HWiNFO64, it gets stuck on examining configuration.
Then it wont respond anymore.

I have b-85 pro gamer and i5 4460.

HWiNFO64.DBG file attached.

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Please disable the "Intel ME Support" option before launching the scan, it should fix it.
It seems some Intel ME/HECI drivers hang when trying to communicate.

It's fine now. Thanks. I was messing with the settings for hours, but with no success. Glad I asked in the forum. Thank you very much!!!

I will try the same on one of mine where it tends to hang when Auto Start is enabled.

I have also added another workaround for this problem, but I'm not sure if it will fix it.
If it doesn't, you'll need to disable that option.
