HWiNFO v7.73-5370 Beta released

I have not tested yet the new beta and the OSD, but something comes to my mind. In order to satisfy the policy, is it the executable itself must be in a secure folder or it can be a symlink (example c:\windows\system32\hwinfo64.exe -> c:\progs\hwinfo\HWiNFO64.exe, or even a directory link/junction c:\program files\hwinfo -> c:\progs\hwinfo )
