HWinfo64 Doesnt show Framerate counter

I have checked and the option isnt available in the OSD setting,Using Win8.1 64 bit AMD Crimson Relive 17.3.3 RTSS 7.0 Beta26

Edit I have reset layout values and it shows RTSS but doesnt show framerate

You will need to start some 3D application or game for the counter to start appearing.

Well I have tried to enable OSD for RTSS on HwInfo but it doesnt allow me to enable it? also do i need a 3d app running?
