HWiNFO64 Fan speed control missing

Hi, my HWiNFO is running version 5.88-3510 could detect my CPU fan speed but I am unable to control it. Can anyone help? CPU is a i5-760 with a CoolerMaster Hyper TX3 EVO on an Intel DH55TC motherboard.
