hopefully this is the right section.

ok so I'll try my best to explain this.

i use hwinfo and rtss for my overlay when gaming and it works great BUT when i close iCUE all the case-aio fans' lights go out and if i uncheck the corsair option in safety they stay on BUT then hwinfo-rtss won't monitor my corsair PSU-case fans-aio fans in my overlay.

does anyone know a work around or fix for this strange issue I'm having.

There's no other workaround because iCUE doesn't want to run with any other monitoring software.
It has been discussed here several times.

well, I'm not using ICUE when this happens its closed, it's something to do with the safety selection and the lighting when iCUE is closed.

if i leave that option checked all lights work and sensors in hwinfo BUT then when i close iCUE the case-AIO lights go off.

if i uncheck that option and close iCUE all case-AIO lights stay on, but half of my overlay sensors don't show up then.
