Incorrect Clock Speeds

I noticed recently that HWINFO64 is reporting the incorrect core clock speed. CPU-Z and Task Manager are both reporting correctly. Any suggestions on what the issue may be? I never had an issue until recently and I've had Windows 11 since launch.

System:
Windows 11 Pro
10700K Overclocked to 5.1 Ghz

IMPORTANT - Core frequency reading in Windows 11

I'm getting some odd looking core frequency readings with the current HWiNFO in Win 11. Is Win 11 supported yet? Screenshot attached.
