laptop freeze when running hwinfo

my laptop always freeze when i run hwinfo, not bsod. just freeze, the harddisk and mouse etc is freezing. must press the power button to reboot. i'm using the latest hwinfo64. i think it freezes when scanning the sensor. my laptop is hp 14 g008au with latest bios (f22) the processor is amd a8 6410 beema. thanks.
