Laptop hangs on "Completing Mainboard Devices"

Hi! HWinfo would not start on my HP Pavilion G7 (HP Pavilion g7-2314er) laptop. It has clean Win10 installed, no other soft is installed.

When I start HWinfo, it hangs on Completing Mainboard Devices message. Computer no longer responds. I made a small research and here is what I found:
1. This could be Windows graphich card driver issue, I tried on both default Windows driver and latest from AMD - no change at all.
2. PC also hangs on CPU-Z start with BIOS loading (approx. 72%)
3. AIDA starts ok, but hangs when i choose BIOS suboption in Motherboard menu.
4. Last word in debug is AGESA

Can you help me solve this issue?
