Little to no sensor info on EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti XC3 Ultra Gaming

Hi, little issue here, when I first open up hwinfo I can see the 3080 ti but no sensor info.

If I disable the 3080 in the device manager and re-enable, I do get two sensors, the GPU Temperature (HW) and the PCIe Link Speed and once in a while I'll get a fan speed reading.

GPU-Z seems is be able to read quite a few more sensors, although it's only sees two fans instead of three.

BTW the 3080 ti is in a razer core x eGPU enclosure.. I've had several cards inside the enclosure. This is the first time I've had an issue hwinfo.

Thanks!

Is it possible that the 3080 Ti is disabled on bus due to power management (i.e. Optimus)? You might try to enable the "Poll Sleeping GPUs" option if that will help.

Otherwise please attach the HWiNFO Debug File of the system, I need to see more details why this is happening.

Martin, thanks! I actually pulled the GPU out because it's doing other weird stuff. Fans go 100% when computer goes to sleep. I put my Titan RTX back in and all is fine. Going to return the 3080 ti.

Thanks for the super quick response. Really appreciate that!
