Mechancial Start Failures Brand new HDD

Hi,

got a brand new 22TB HDD from WD which showed a lot of " Mechanical Start Failures".
See picture below.


Send it back for replacement, because almost identical WD 12TB, showed 0 failure.

Today i got the replacement HDD, and same failure here again.



Is this a Failure in HWINFO, since all drives are new and showed from first startup?
Or did the drives have problems?

It should not be a failure in HWiNFO, that's what the drive reports.
