No Sensor-Window and white Prescreen

Since the Windows update about 2 weeks ago, the sensor window is no longer displayed (see picture). The taskbar shows that the program is open, but the window does not appear on any of the screens and reinstalling it has not helped. I also have the same problem with another program, so I am sure that this is related to the Windows update.

Does anyone have a solution for me without having to reset Windows?

I have analyzed the data and don't see any problem in HWiNFO.
So it must be indeed something related to the Windows update. I'm not sure what to suggest as I haven't encountered such issue yet.
Maybe try to completely Reset Preferences in HWiNFO via main settings, which might be accessible.
Or try to roll-back that last Windows update.

Apparently, the launch of a number of programs is blocked, probably with antivirus under the pretext "in the power supply, a virus has been found! We catch, kill!". Try using Process Hacker (now System Informer, but this is already cut to ugliness) what is happening in the properties of the process of the dependent task (select it in the Processes tab and click Enter) - if the program works on the Perfomance CPU and I/O tab show activity like my screenshot, if waiting, there will be zeros. Well, System Internals ProcMon will also show what is happening and you will see a lot of interesting things.:)
