No Values For GPU Performance Limits

Hello everyone, I just noticed that there are no values for the gpu performance limit section for the thermal, voltage etc. Also why does one option says that its being limited even if the GPU is not in use? I really don't understand that GPU SLI BoostSync that its saying.

EDIT: I have not experienced any throttling or temperature problems.

This is because this (secondary) GPU is currently switched off to save power and the primary/integrated GPU is active.

So, it can't monitor those values since the NVIDIA GPU is not in use? That does make sense, thank you. How about the first column tho? Why does it have values even if it is not in use?

Oh sorry I should have specified it more. I was pertaining to this

That's just showing the last status when the GPU was enabled. It's in grey and means current status is not known/invalid.
