PCIe version

Good day. I have an Aser Nitro 5 AN515-45-R1SC laptop. Mainboard - CZ Scala_CAS v1.10. Factory SSD NVMe KINGSTON OM8PDP3512B-AA1 (pic 1) with PCI-e Gen 3.0 support. CPU-Z shows me PCI-e Gen 4 bus (pic 2). HWiNFO64 shows me PCIe 3.0 in the PCIe GGP bridge tab (pic 3-4). The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop (GA106M) here has Gen 4.0 (pic 5). Does that parametr show only the maximum supported video card PCIe bus?
HWiNFO64 shows me PCIe 4.0 in the Internal PCIe GGP bridge to bus tab (pic 6). It's not about the PCIe NWMe M.2 SSD, it's about the data transfer speed to the CPU, right?
Do I understand correctly and my mainboard doesnt support PCIe Gen 4 for SSD?
Sorry for my illiteracy and thank you for any answers.
P.S. I wanted to buy a Samsung 980 Pro NVMe PCIe Gen 4.0 x4, NVMe 1.3c with sequential Read 7,000 MB/s sequential Write 5,100 MB/s, but user on AcerSupport forum advised me to get an SSD Gen 3.0 x4 TeamGroup MP34Q NWMe 1.3c with Read/Write to 3400 / 3000 MB/s. And I don't know what to buy since I didn't find any technical documentation about the CZ Scala_CAS v1.10 motherboard and the PCIe version bus on it.

Maximum Link Speed is the maximum capability of the interface, so yes it looks like the M.2 port is Gen3.
