Relatively useless when it comes to computers, concerning(...?) info about Power Reporting

As mentioned, I'm not super good with computers, but I noticed that the only red stat on the analysis was Power Reporting Deviation

after some reading and seeing that its supposed to be around NINETY percent while mine was at TWENTY FIVE, I figured that it is sliiiiightly alarming, so I'm making this post.

Could this at all be related to some crashes I've been having?
