ryzen 7950x3d + msi x670e godlike, incorrect BCLK detected

Brand new OS install, fresh BIOS installed, mostly stock BIOS settings (some memory/infinity fabric speeds changed, nothing crazy. Didnt touch BCLK).

BCLK consistently detects much lower than the stock 100MHz, cpu-z correctly detects almost 100MHz. I attached debug file.

This might be due to HVCI. Try to disable Core isolation/Memory integrity in Windows.

It might have been! I got a popup for aida about memory integrity and I disabled it, but I don't know if that was before or after the screenshot. Regardless, its showing 100.1 bclk now which is close enough.
