When I click on the Sensor icon my screen goes black and the video card fan goes max speed. Is the program checking the sensor??.. I waited for like 2 mins.. and still black screen. I'm not sure is it suppose to do that? and for how long?.

Thanks in advance!

This should not happen, could be an issue in HWiNFO32 which I need to fix.
Please enable Debug Mode in HWiNFO32 / Configure, then start the program, open Sensors and wait a while. Then you will probably need to reboot the machine. After back in system, please locate the "HWiNFO32.DBG" that was created. Please send me this file, so I can analyse what happened there.
You might also try to disable the "LPC & EC Support" option in Configure to see if that helps.

Ok I disable LPC & EC support. I also forgot to tell you, when it goes black. USB keyboard and mouse becomes turn OFF. No power to it. Oh and this problem happen on both v3.58-913 and v3.59-920 beta

System:
Windows 7 ULT (up to date)
i7-875k
Asus P7P55D-E Pro (newest bios.)
XFX HD5770 1GB (Cat 10.8 drivers)
Asus STX sound card
4x2GB G.Skill ram ddr3 pc1600
LiteOn iHAS424 DVD-Burner

I have to upload it to Hotfiles:
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://hotfile.com/dl/65359245/cb3d868/HWiNFO32.DBG.html">http://hotfile.com/dl/65359245/cb3d868/ ... 2.DBG.html</a><!-- m -->

The file is too big. "The file is too big, maximum allowed size is 256 KiB." the file is 394KB.

This version works. I notice the CPU usage on it.. is kinda.. weird... It some times use 1 thread almost 100% up and down.(dont worry about the Mhz on that picture.. windows is picking up my Multplier wrong. Your software is picking 100% right.)

Only programs was running is Avira Anti Virus. I close the rest of the program.

I did debug mode on this new version.

I also attached my DxDiag... Not sure would that help with anything.

Thanks for the data.
1. Do you have also some another monitoring tool running?
2. Please enable back the "LPC & EC support"
3. Try this release: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.hwinfo.com/beta/hw32_359_921.zip">http://www.hwinfo.com/beta/hw32_359_921.zip</a><!-- m -->
Please let me know if that helped or the problem persists.

A short-term higher CPU load might be caused by certain sensor measuring, because some of them (like the EC) require more resource-extensive methods. You can check this if you try to disable sensors in the sensor dialog - right-click on a value/sensor name and then "Disable".
