Hi
I'm quite new with HWiNFO, and I wonder if I can use this tool to find the reason for my temporary mouse problems; every day my wireless mouse jerks for a few minutes, then it works again for hours.
I use Windows 10 on a HP Elitebook 840 G7 with the associated wireless keyboard and mouse. I can't say exactly whether the keyboard also causes problems when your mouse jerks - both use the same USB adapter...
Maybe somebody has a hint for me, if and in which section HWiNFO could help me?
