Turbo mode?

first of all thank you for the great tool, it is simply the best available.
only a very minor glitch I found out recently:
on a mini PC with an Intel i3 8100T the program believes the CPU is turbo boost capable:
"Intel Turbo Boost Technology: Supported, Disabled"
but AFAIK that processor does not have any Turbo option.

The 8th gen Core i3 chip family is capable of turbo boosting. But the chips are binned according to their performance testing results. What has happened is Intel has disabled the turboboost section of this chip because testing indicated that it could not boost without issues.
