Using HWInfo with Aquasuite and Rainmeter at the same time

Short background: Current PC (from 2019) uses old version of HWInfo with Rainmeter, and it's been working great. I'm planning a new PC build and I see that things have changed, so I'm figuring out the details. The new build will be a bit different because I will be including a bunch of AquaComputer devices.

(1) From what I've read, I believe that HWInfo will pick up data from the AquaComputer sensors with no problem, out-of-the-box. But to import data from HWInfo into AquaSuite, I'll need to purchase a shared memory license for HWInfo (which I'm OK with) and that the HWInfo settings must specify that Shared Memory Support is enabled. Is that correct?

(2) I see that Rainmeter and HWInfo teams have worked together to provide communication via the Windows Registry rather than shared memory. Is there anything in the implementation of HWInfo that requires use of only one of the Registry-based communication (for Rainmeter) or shared memory communication (for AquaSuite)? Or does HWInfo not care and will do both at the same time without any problems?

(3) This is maybe a question for the Rainmeter forums, but perhaps somebody here knows: The Rainmeter documentation specifically says that the HWInfo64 settings for Shared Memory Support should be left off. But if I'm correct in #1, I need to have Shared Memory Support enabled for data import into AquaSuite. Will Rainmeter work properly with HWInfo using the Windows Registry if the HWInfo setting for Shared Memory Support is enabled (contrary to what's shown in the Rainmeter documentation)?

My goal is to learn what combinations of HWInfo and {Rainmeter, AquaComputer hw/sw} play nice together, in which directions information can flow at the same time among them, and what licenses I may need for what kinds of flexibility.

Thank you.

1. The free HWiNFO version is limited to 12 hours Shared Memory run time. For more you need to purchase the Pro.
2. Only certain Rainmeter plugins use the registry method, so it depends on the plugin used.
3. I don't see a reason why Rainmeter wouldn't work with the shared memory setting enabled.

fwiw i use the shared memory setting together with rainmeter, and also with 'reporting to gadget' so that FanControl can see the Asus EC sensors (i decided this was slightly preferable to having FanControl also read the EC sensors).
