Martin HWiNFO Author Staff member Nov 29, 2019 #2 HWiNFO reports clocks from the driver, this information should be correct as long as the driver is updated. You might try enable the "Prefer AMD ADL" option in HWiNFO settings, which will then use an alternate method to read clocks.
