VRM monitoring on GIGABYTE Z690, Z790

Hello.

I wonder what "Added VRM monitoring on GIGABYTE Z690, Z790" means exactly? Wasn't VRM temperature monitoring part of v7.3 already, or was it only in betas? Was anything added that I don't see?

VRM monitoring for those series was added only in v7.37. This feature isn't universal in many cases and requires dedicated support/implementation for some models, which is what happened recently for later GIGABYTE mainboards.

Thanks, so this is about VRM temperature monitoring, not other parameters?

Not only temperature, other parameters too (voltage, current, power). If the VRM supports it.

Ah, so my Z790 Aero G just doesn't support current and power sensors then. Thanks again.

If v7.40 doesn't report them, then probably not. If you attach the HWiNFO Debug File, I can check this for confirmation.
