Yellow triangle icon in "Drives"

Hello, I want to know what is that yellow icons in one of my drives is it that my mobo is compatible with Sata 3.0GB/s and the drive is 1.5GB/s?
And I have one more question if my mobo is Sata 3.0GB/s will it run a Sata 6.0GB/s hard drive? Because I got a really good deal on 1TB Sata 6.0GB/s hard drive.  I heard that it will run but like 3.0GB/s is that right?

That yellow icon means some of the disk non-critical health parameters report a warning. It's not because of the interface speed.
Yes, your drive should with at 3Gbps in that case.
