Can't get current tranfer mode

I cant get the current mode on my velociraptor....

Drive Controller: Serial ATA 6Gb/s
Drive Model: WDC WD6000HLHX-01JJPV0

Drive Controller: Serial ATA 6Gb/s @ 6Gb/s
Drive Model: Seagate ST500DM002-1BD142

Please attach the HWiNFO Debug File which should provide me with additional details about this issue.
Alternatively, you might check in the PCI bus tree - locate your SATA controller device and check particular SATA port status.

I notice Crystal disk info wont show the WD transfer rate either.
The tree does show possible current rates as it shows 1.5 for my DVD which would be correct and the disks at 6.0

Wierd it shows
On Board Device

Device Description: Onboard IGD
Device Type: Video Adapter
Device Status: Enabled

There is no onboard video on the sabertooth 990FX

This is because the storage driver doesn't report actual transfer rate, while the Seagate drive itself reports it. The WDC drive however doesn't.
So I'm afraid there's nothing more I can do. You should rely on the PCI-SATA controller information.
