Is my laptop (Ideapad Gaming 3) - throttling? Pls, help!!

Hey Guys,
So, I recently brought Ideapad gaming 3 5600h 1650, i ran cinebench today.. seems like it's throttling.
Please check the hwinfo screenshot and give your feedback.
Should i be worried, is this normal?

Yes, it seems to be throttling. The CPU seems to be running pretty how as well.
But this is quite common on laptops, especially thinner ones.

Do you mean.. CPU running pretty "low"?
sorry, i didn't get you. I'm a noob.
I see iGPU throttling, am I right?
Is there anything else that I need to know?

5600h CPU can boost upto 60w to 70w.. depends on OEMs

Please create a HWINFO logfile, then you can see from the time history if your laptop is throttling or not!
