Latest version Stuck at error reading

Latest version (v8.28-5770) constantly gives (beeps) at me VR VOUT (Vcore) out-of-bounds error as shown below every 10 seconds or so. Annoying, as you can imagine. I checked Vcore reading with another program shown on the left (HWMonitor) and it was normal as expected. Debug file attached. Can I get a link to May 2025 version, if available?

Sorry but I need a Debug File which also includes the start of HWiNFO.
Looks like the entire NCP sensor is off.
What was the previous version showing under that sensor? Here you can download older versions: https://dappcdn.com/download/utilities/hwinfo

1. How do I ensure the debug file includes the start of HWiNFO?
2. But HWMonitor reads it fine, as shown in the attachment.
3. Previous version definitely did not interrupt me every 10 secs or so. But it would reliably pop the same message whenever my computer woke from sleep/hibernation.

1. Debug Mode must be enabled prior to starting HWiNFO scan
2. You're comparing different sensor values. What you refer to in HWMonitor is the value shown under Nuvoton sensor in HWiNFO.
