Hello (sorry for my English)

Why do the VRM Vcore Power, Current sensor readings flash such high values,
only the browser works

Are you perhaps using some other monitoring tools including ASUS AiSuite? It's could be because of a conflict between them.
 
Yes, that's also possible. Any other monitoring application that accesses the same sensor could result in such issues.

It seems that the TT RGB Plus application was the main problem; when I deleted it, there were no such jumps in the sensor readings.
and the last questionIs
minimum values and current "0" is this possible?

Theoretically it's possible. Since it's an integer value, it could be close to 0 but rounded.
