VRM temperature too high

Hello , first of all thanks for this amazing software .

I have one question , what exactly is VRM temperature in HWinfo ( build 6.25-4135).
Recently OC'd my CPU and RAM and this temperature goes verry high , 105 degrees with 20% overclock and vCore 1.215v when i do a stability test with OCCT large data set.
If i raise the Vcore voltage more and oc to 4,4 or 4,6 this temp goes up to 125 degrees.

That's the temperature of the Voltage Regulator. You should improve cooling of this circuit.
