When dragging sometimes instead of getting a prompt it hides

When dragging sometimes instead of getting a prompt if you wanna move it, which i never wanna do, it hides, this is very annoying cos its sometimes not directly obvious that you just hid something by dragging.

Im dragging it like a milimeter by accident well within the window when it hides randomly.

I just did it again when quickly dragging

Only took 2 attemps, be nice if could just add option to disable that feature
reproduced another time but this time recorded it.

I would prefer to just disable dragging and hiding via option perhaps does not have to be on by default

I tried maybe 50 times but without "luck".
Anyway, I will disable this feature as I think it wasn't very useful anyway.
