HWinfo resets Nuvoton NCT6687D sensor data at random times

Добрый день, форумчане HWinfo. Я бьюсь над этой проблемой уже 2 месяца. Пробовал переустанавливать винду, разные версии. Обновите биос, замените батарею CR2032. Но мне эти методы не помогли. Все это произошло начиная с версии 7.68. Но установка предыдущих версий, где все было нормально, и сейчас не помогает.

Are you perhaps running some other monitoring tool along with HWiNFO (e.g. LibreHardwareMonitor or FanControl) ?

Thank you very much for your answer! I'm using HWinfo along with RTSS as monitoring output. This program is not needed beyond tracking temperatures and voltages. It's just that everything was fine with version 7.62. After I updated to version 7.68, these symptoms occurred. I tried installing the previous version. but it didn't help me. I also tried resetting the BIOS and reinstalling Windows. But the result was only visible for a few days, then the situation repeated itself.

I reinstalled the program on a clean system, the sensor immediately went to sub-zero temperatures.

Another program, HWmonitor, did not record anything after 1.5 hours. Sensor polling costs 1000 ms both here and there.
