Dear HWInfo Community,
since my PC shuts down as soon I start a game, I start searching for a solution.
Now I downloaded HWInfo and started the program, to see what the reason is.
I knew from the begining on that it has som ething to do with my CPU, since I Overclocked (undervolting) it back than.
But I set the BIOS back to factory settings, since this issue happend and also reinstalled Windows, b8ut the problem exists still.
What I could see, when starting a game, is that the temperature goes very high up (to 78-80celcius) and the PC shuts down imminently than.
Now while checking my CPU with HWInfo I saw that the standard frequency of my processor is to high, when running only Windows 11 with its standard backprocesses, the frequency is 4.4Ghz,
while the standard is normally 3.4Ghz.
I have a Ryzen 7 5800x3d and what also is interesting is, that in the HWInfo monitoring it shows that the frequency jumps alternately from 3.6Ghz to 4.4Ghz and back.
Also what I saw is that the Power Reporting Deviastion (Accuracy) is way to low, it is about 65%.
Can someone please help me to fix this issue, where my PC shuts down when starting a game or when using things that makes the CPU go to high, till it shut down too?
I have a screenshot of the CPU section in the appendix.
Thanks in advance!
Best regards
